- If any payment issues or pending payments, adjusted (modified)payments we are not liable just creating a contract between load giver and load picker risk is your own we will provide details of them based need.
- The carrier's liability for loss, damage, or delay of goods during transportation.
- The payment terms and conditions for the freight charges, including the payment method, payment due date, and any penalties or interest charges for late payment.
- The terms and conditions regarding the delivery of the goods, including the delivery date, delivery location, and any requirements for unloading the goods.
- The conditions and circumstances under which the carrier may be excused from performing the transportation contract, such as natural disasters, wars, or strikes without information not consider.
- The procedures and deadlines for inspecting the goods upon delivery and making claims for loss, damage, or delay.
- The requirements for obtaining any permits or licenses necessary for the transportation of the goods.
- The conditions under which either party may terminate the transportation contract.
